That can happen on April 23rd or any day before. It happens as you open your heart, worship the Lord, and allow Him to fill you—as in Acts chapter 2—where He changes your speech and fills your heart so you can walk in it moving forward.

Baptism works when you believe. It is an act of faith. You will know instantly that God has cleansed your heart when you are baptized believing Him.
